The Denver Broncos added to their defensive line depth yesterday with a trade that brings in yet another former first-round pick. The Broncos acquired Brodrick Bunkley from the Philadelphia Eagles in exchange for a fifth-round selection in the 2012 draft. Bunkley was reportedly headed to Cleveland as part of a trade with the Browns earlier in the day, but that deal fell through and Bunkley will head to Denver instead. The 14th overall pick in the 2006 draft, Bunkley was relegated to part-time duties last year with the Eagles after starting 47 games from 2007 to 2009. He has six career sacks. Bunkley will factor in the defensive tackle rotation with the Broncos and may start in pace of the retired Justin Bannan.
