Ready or not, it’s time for the Denver Broncos to play football. A truncated and tumultuous training camp at Dove Valley now heads towards game action, as the Broncos open the preseason tonight on the road against the Dallas Cowboys. The first team offense for the Broncos is expected to play about 12 to 15 snaps, with Kyle Orton leading them out as the quarterback. Tim Tebow has mostly worked out with the second team at practice, but Brady Quinn has recently started seeing more time with that unit. Nevertheless, Tebow expects to take the snaps with the second team in tonight’s game, though head coach John Fox did not make an official announcement after yesterday’s practice. ESPN Radio 1410 will have the action from Dallas tonight. Pregame coverage starts at 5:35 with kickoff set for 7:30.
