Husker Volleyball Gears Up For First Conference Road Tests

After beating a pair of ranked teams at the NU Coliseum in their first two Big Ten matches of the season, the seventh-ranked Nebraska volleyball team heads out on the road for the first time in conference play this weekend. The Huskers take on Michigan State tonight and then face seventeenth-ranked Michigan on Saturday night. Nebraska has won seven straight matches and beaten three ranked teams in a row, including home victories over four-time defending national champion Penn State and Ohio State last weekend. Tonight’s opponent is unranked, but the Spartans are off to a 12-2 start and lead the nation in hitting percentage. Nebraska has never lost to the Spartans in 10 meetings. The Wolverines are 13-1 on the season. First serve in East Lansing tonight is set for 6 PM.
