The Nebraska women’s basketball team picked up an impressive road victory on Sunday afternoon, maintaining their unbeaten record with a 66-63 win at 24th-ranked Florida State. The Huskers outscored the Seminoles 9-3 in the final two minutes to pull out the win. Lindsay Moore scored 15 points, including the final four points from the free throw line, to lead the Huskers to the victory. Three other Huskers scored in double figures. Freshman Emily Cady scored 14 points, freshman Brandi Jeffrey chipped in 12 points off the bench, and Jordan Hooper added 12 points. Hooper and Rebecca Woodberry led the team with 8 rebounds apiece. The Huskers trailed by eight at the half but battled back, with Cady’s layup with 39 seconds left the game winning shot. The 6-0 Huskers visit Georgia Tech Wednesday.
