The 20th-ranked Nebraska women’s basketball team will try and rebound from their first Big Ten loss of the season, but starting a new winning streak won’t come easily as they meet 10th-ranked Ohio State in Columbus tonight. The Huskers fell to Penn State 93-73 at home on Sunday to bring their nine-game winning streak to an end and drop them to 4-1 in conference play. It’s their fourth time out on the road in this young Big Ten season. The Huskers are perfect thus far away from the Devaney Center in the conference. The Buckeyes are also 4-1 in the league, and have a 17-1 record on the season. Nebraska hasn’t played Ohio State since December 2007, when they lost to the Buckeyes 86-74 in Columbus. Tipoff is set for 5 PM tonight. The game will be televised live on the Big Ten Network.
