GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (AP) – A 26-year-old Grand Island man faces a June trial on charges that he kidnapped and sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl.

On Tuesday, Abraham Richardson pleaded not guilty in Hall County District Court.

Richardson is suspected of abducting the girl from a Grand Island apartment in October and sexually assaulting her. Richardson also faces federal child pornography charges. A plea change hearing in that case is scheduled for April 13.
