Nebraska junior Brooke Thomason was named the Big Ten Conference’s Player of the Week for her performance in a Husker sweep of Wisconsin last weekend. Thomason ripped four hits, including two doubles, and drove in three runs in spearheading the Nebraska offensive effort. It’s the second time in her career Thomason has been named conference Player of the Week. The Huskers concluded their season with a 33-22 overall record, good for third place in the Big Ten.
