The Husker women’s basketball team has named Shimmy Gray-Miller to their coaching staff as an assistant. Gray-Miller replaces the departing Kellie Lewis-Jay, who took the head coaching position at Florida Atlantic, on Connie Yori’s staff. Gray-Miller spent the last seven seasons as the head coach at Saint Louis University. She’ll be coming back to a conference she’s familiar with – she played her college basketball at Michigan and was a team captain in her senior season.
