The North Platte First Nationals seniors opened their 2012 campaign by splitting a pair of games in Scottsbluff on Saturday. The First Nationals defeated Twin Cities 10-3 in their opener before falling to the Gillette, Wyoming Roughriders 5-2 in their second game. The juniors also split a doubleheader on Saturday, taking one of two from the Westco Zephyrs. The home opener for the juniors and seniors is a doubleheader tomorrow night against McCook, with the first game starting at 5:30.
