Former Husker Alfonzo Dennard agreed to terms with the New England Patriots yesterday, a month after being selected in the seventh round of the NFL Draft. Dennard saw his draft stock plummet after being arrested in Lincoln and charged with third-degree assault of a police officer a week prior to the draft, but the Patriots tabbed him with the 224^th overall pick. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
