(Grand Island, Neb.)- Troopers with the Nebraska State Patrol Troop C Headquarters-Grand Island will conduct a night of special enforcement activities on Saturday, June 9. The effort is designed to reduce the potential for serious injury and fatality crashes.

 

The special enforcement with an emphasis on impaired drivers will begin in the evening hours on Saturday and continue into the early morning hours on Sunday, June 10. Troopers will hold DUI checkpoints along with high visibility patrols in and around Hall County.

 

The special enforcement effort is paid for thanks in part to a $2,000 grant from the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety
