Nebraska men’s basketball player Corey Hilliard Jr. has been dismissed from the program. Hilliard was arrested on suspicion of robbery on June 7, stemming from an incident on May 15 in which a female’s cell phone was stolen. He was arraigned on June 8 and released from jail five days later. Hilliard appeared in nine games as a true freshman in the 2011-2012 season, totaling nine points and two rebounds.
