LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A 19-year-old Lincoln man has made a deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest to bank robbery.
Local media reports that Trenton Ziegenbein made his plea in Lancaster County District Court. In return, prosecutors dropped a weapons charge.
His sentencing is scheduled for July 24.
Ziegenbein is one of three men who robbed a Great Western Bank branch on March 17.
Two other suspects have been indicted and await further action in federal court.
