It’s weird, they’re like, ‘You need to rehabilitate these crimes before you come back to Canada.’ I’m like, ‘What does that mean?’ When I say criminal record, I’m talking teensy, eensy misdemeanors they still have on my record from, like, 2001 and 2003 – trespassing.”

I am hopeful the steps taken will now protect my Constitutional right to quiet enjoyment and peace and serve as a template for the courts to help others avoid the lengthy trials and tribulations that cost taxpayers money, and at a cost to families that CAN be calculated in dollars. A three-run ninth inning lifted the Arizona Wildcats to the fourth College World Series championship. The Cats lifted the Walnut and Bronze for the first time since 1986 after dethroning the two-time defending champs South Carolina with a 4-1 win in Game Two of the championship series. Brandon Dixon’s RBI double in the ninth snapped a 1-1 tie, and Trent Gilbert’s two-run single provided breathing room. The Gamecocks loaded the bases with one out in the ninth inning, but Arizona closer Mathew Troupe got Greyson Greiner to fly out to end South Carolina’s reign. Wildcats head coach Andy Lopez became only the second coach in NCAA history to win a College World Series at two different schools. He’d previously coached Pepperdine to the crown in 1992. GPS Bikes used to track thieves
LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus police have been using GPS-equipped “bait bikes” to catch thieves.
Sgt. John Backer told local media that the department has been using the GPS trackers since late 2010.
Ninety-three bicycle thefts were reported on campus in 2011, down from 115 the year before. The annual average is 94.5 bike thefts.
The department uses bicycles it acquired as abandoned property.
Backer says the bikes used are just average bikes, which is what’s being stolen.
Officers leave the bikes unlocked in public spots and they’re usually stolen within five hours. The GPS leads officers to the bikes and, often, the thieves who are still astride their stolen prizes.
