The 20-year-old was busted for allegedly drinking in public and giving officers a fake ID — but her lawyer is arguing that the beer she’s accused of drinking doesn’t exist. Scout was cited for drinking a “Pakistani beer,” but her lawyer claims that Pakistan’s only brewery, Murree Brewery, doesn’t make the 8-ounce can and isn’t even available in the U.S. Willis is due in court July 31.

‘BACHELORLETTE’ RESULT LEAKED? The Bachelor fan site Reality Steve has apparently leaked the ending of The Bachelorette. According to the blog, Emily Maynard got engaged in Curacao — to Jef. Steve wrote that it took him “six weeks to get it confirmed, but by golly, I’m finally glad I did.” Steve added, “What I do know now is that Emily and Jef left Curacao as an engaged couple and are still engaged today. Not sure who went home after the overnights (if anyone), not sure who (if anyone) met Ricki, not sure if the final rose ceremony has one, two, or three guys proposing. I just know that Jef definitely proposed in Curacao, she accepted, and they are engaged.”
