North Platte Neb.(Platte River Mall)- Maurices at the Platte River Mall has temporarily re-located next to Bath & Body in the South hallway while its current location gets a new face-lift. Included in initial plans for the Maurices new look is to create one gate opening versus the two the store has maintained allowing for more displays, square off the space as there are diagonal corners and bump outs that currently exist, implement one large bank of fitting rooms versus the numerous pods, relocate the register station, and add some cosmetic pieces that tie in to the look as seen in newer Maurices across the country.

Property Manager of Platte River Mall, Clarine Eickhoff, stated “seeing another store reinvest in the Platte River Mall so soon after seeing the Buckle accomplish their expansion and renovation last Fall, validates that things are progressing within the mall.”

Maurices is expected to be back in their original location by mid-August.
