Charles “Chuck” Elles, 90, of Ogallala, died Aug. 24, 2012, at Indian Hills Manor. Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the Draucker Funeral Home with Pastor John Howe of the Ogallala Lighthouse Baptist Church officiating. The family chose cremation.
