#1 Its ghetto that buffalo bill is in jail at cody park. Yuck. Let him out
#2. When are they going to fix the one ways?? Or the city can pay for all the damage being done to my car!!
#3. All these drunk drivers need to be taken to the morge and shown what could happen to them or others if they wrecked. It should be mandatory. Dumb@$$e$
#4. To the inconsidrate chick in the burgundy suv driving north on buffalo friday at five. Randomly and continuously slamming on your breaks for no reason is rude. Not to mention very dangerous. If you thought it was funny than you need to get a brain. You almost put me in the middle of a four car pile up.
#5. Sick of Dish, upset no Huskers.
#6. What I want to know is why none of the papers or public sites touch on the subject of the major drug problem that North Platte has? You never used to see so many strung out people around town and now their every where. All I hear about is drugs and the people selling them. Urgent Care does drug testing for 35…a cheap price to pay for peace of mind to assure your child isn’t on drugs. Maybe all clinics should offer so many free drug testings a month. The community needs to take charge before this town completely goes to s###!!!

Wednesday Sports Day – NFL, Referees Nearing Deal
Reports: NFL, referees closing in on new deal
Two days after a controversial call cost the Green Bay Packers a win, the NFL and the referees’ union are reportedly nearing an end to a lockout that put replacement officials on the field since the start of the season.
According to several reports, the NFL and the union are close to a new deal that would allow the league’s regular officials to return to work, possibly as early as this weekend.
ESPN reported Wednesday that “an agreement in principle is at hand,” and The New York Times reported that the sides “”were closing in” on a way to end the impasse. ESPN cited unidentified sources from both sides; the Times cited a person briefed on the negotiations.
A person familiar with the situation tells The Associated Press that the NFL and its locked-out officials were meeting Wednesday. The sides met for about 14 hours starting Tuesday into early Wednesday. They broke for a few hours before reconvening in an attempt to resolve the dispute and end the firestorm over the use of replacement refs.
