On Thursday, October, 18th, police arrested 23-year-old Jeremiah Fuoss, of North Platte, for allegedly hitting his girlfriend. Authorities say Fuoss was not cooperating with officers during the process of arrest and booking.
Fuoss allegedly resisted arrest and later bit a jailer while he was in the booking process at the Lincoln County Detention Center.
Fuoss is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing at Lincoln County Court on November 1st. Fuoss is charged with 3rd Degree Assault of An Officer, 3rd Degree Assault, 1st Degree Trespassing and Resisting Arrest.
