Authorities have arrested three people in connection to a fatal shooting in Sidney, Neb., which witnesses say, was the result of an argument over an estimated $160 in drug money.
On Saturday, November 3rd, at around 12:30 am, shots were fired which left Adam McCormick with bullet wounds in his stomach and leg areas. McCormick died in a hospital shortly after he was found lying on the driveway where the argument allegedly took place.
According to witnesses, McCormick confronted another man about the alleged drug money which led to the shooting.
Two people have been arrested for allegedly helping Jason Custer escape to Big Springs where he was later arrested at a motel on suspicion of second-degree murder at around 9 am on Saturday morning.
Custer is on bond for $1–million dollars.
