A pair of season-opening victories saw the Husker women’s basketball team rise three spots to 15^th in the latest AP poll. It’s the sixteenth consecutive week the Huskers have been ranked, a new program record. Nebraska was one of only six Top 25 teams to go 2-0 on the season’s first weekend. They’re back on the floor twice this weekend. Friday night they host Northern Arizona. Sunday they play their first road game of the season at South Dakota.
