Monday, January 21st, is a day to remember the previous building that served as home to the North Platte/Lincoln County Convention and Visitors Bureau for nearly four years at the corner of East Francis & Dewey Street. The Visitor Center is now located at 315 West Eugene Ave.
The open space presents the possibility of an exciting new business to join North Platte, a new restaurant, gift shop or even something completely unique to the wonderful city.
Today is also Martin Luther King Jr. Day which takes place on the third Monday of every year.
