The Husker football recruiting class of 2013 took a substantial hit on Sunday, as four-star safety Marcus McWilson rescinded his commitment to the Huskers. McWilson, from Youngstown, Ohio, is now seriously considering Kentucky, but the Huskers still may pursue him. McWilson’s decommitment was the second of the weekend for the Huskers, after Dominic Walker, a three-star wide receiver from Florida, switched his commitment to Auburn. The Huskers are now down to 22 players in the 2013 class.
UPDATE: McWilson committed to Kentucky on Monday, announcing his pledge on Twitter.
