The North Platte Knights and Lady Knights are back on their home floor tonight, as they host Eastern Wyoming College. For the Lady Knights, it’s their first home game of 2013, as they played their first seven games of the new year on the road. They’re hoping that home cooking will prove theraputic, as the Lady Knights have scuffled to a 3-4 record in January and have lost two straight. The visiting Lady Lancers are 12-7 on the season. In the men’s game, the Knights are shooting for a fifth straight win, and fourth in a row in Region IX South sub-region play. The Knights lead the Sub-region with a 6-2 record. The Lancers are in a large group sitting a game back of the Knights at 5-3. The women’s game gets underway at 5:30 with the men to follow at 7:30. ESPN Radio 1410 will have all the action from McDonald-Belton Gymnasium, starting at 5:15.
