Twenty-six football players faxed their letters of intent to Lincoln yesterday, making the Husker recruiting class of 2013 complete. The biggest surprise of the day came from three-star athlete Tre’vell Dixon. He sent his NLI to Nebraska just one day after decommitting from the Huskers for a second time and announcing he would attend Arizona State. A morning change of heart brought Dixon back into the Big Red fold. The Husker class ranks in the top 25 nationally according to all major recruiting services, and ranks as high as 11th according to Fox Sports. But as 26 new faces come in, the Huskers announced a pair of departures from the program. In a press conference yesterday afternoon, Husker head coach Bo Pelini confirmed that running back Braylon Heard and defensive tackle Chase Rome had left the team.
