Great Plains Regional Medical Center (GPRMC) announced today that Tadd Greenfield has been appointed as Chief Nursing Officer.
The appointment comes after a nationwide search led by healthcare leadership solutions firm B.E. Smith.
GPRMC CEO Greg Nielsen said, “We are pleased to welcome Tadd to our senior leadership and nursing teams. He brings high-energy, a proven strength of leading clinical initiatives and a strong focus on quality patient outcomes. Tadd will be a great asset to our organization and the community.”
Prior to joining GPRMC, Greenfield served as chief nursing officer for Banner Health Community Hospital in Torrington, WY. He led all clinical departments in addition to environmental services, risk/quality, infection prevention and supply chain. Greenfield also served as director of patient care services at Banner Health Washakie Medical Center in Worland, WY.
“GPRMC was seeking a chief nursing officer with demonstrated success in nursing leadership and program growth,” said Teresa Collins, vice president of executive searches for B.E. Smith. “Tadd’s experience and leadership style was an ideal match.”
Greenfield earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Walden University in Minneapolis, MN, and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Jewell College in Liberty, MO.
He will assume his new duties on March 11.
