Authorities in southeast Nebraska are trying to find a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that killed a 69-year-old woman.
The Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office says the department is looking for a silver or light gray vehicle that may be a semi-tractor.
Barbara Bolen was checking her mail Wednesday when she was hit. She was found near Highway 136 by her residence, two miles east of Auburn.
Police say the vehicle may have damage on its right-front area around the fender and headlight.
