Behind four scoreless innings of one-hit ball from Jeff Francis, the Colorado Rockies defeated the Chicago Cubs 6-3 in Cactus League action yesterday afternoon. Francis struck out four Cubs and did not walk a batter. At the plate the star of the day was catcher Wilin Rosario, who blasted a two-run homer, his first big fly of the spring. The Rockies will play Team USA in an exhibition tonight as the Americans prepare for the World Baseball Classic.
