A little more than two years since he was traded away from Denver, Carmelo Anthony returns to the Mile High City tonight as his New York Knicks take on the red-hot Nuggets. ‘Melo’ went to the Knicks in February 2011 in exchange for, among others, current Nuggets contributors Danilo Gallinari and Wilson Chandler. Both parties seem happy with the result of the trade two years on. The Nuggets have won a season-high nine straight games, while Anthony’s Knicks sit in second place in the Eastern Conference. Tip-off at the Pepsi Center is set for 7:30.
