The Husker women’s basketball team is in the NCAA tournament for the fifth time in the past seven years. After finishing 23-8 and in second place in the Big Ten regular season standings, the Huskers’ reward is a sixth seed in the Norfolk Regional. Nebraska’s first stop will be College Station, Texas for first and second round play. The Huskers face eleventh-seed Chattanooga on Saturday. If they win, they would play the winner between Wichita State and Texas A&M.
