A New York man had been indicted on federal charges, accused of assaulting and intimidating flight crew members on a flight from New York to Omaha last month.

Deshaun Blackett is charged in the indictment with interference with flight crew members and attendants. The indictment, handed down Thursday, comes after the 32-year-old Blackett was accused of yelling at flight attendants and grabbing one by the arm during the April 30 flight.

If convicted, Blackett faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
