(AP) — A Grand Island man has been convicted of visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct after pleading no contest to one of four felony charges in the case.

According to Court records, 26-year-old Ryan Brumbaugh entered the plea Friday in Hall County District Court. Investigators say the charge involves the distribution in October of a video by way of the Internet of a 7-year-old old girl engaged in sexual acts with an adult male.

Three other charges were dismissed in exchange for his plea.

Brumbaugh is set to be sentenced on Sept. 5.
