(AP) — A crop-dusting aircraft has sustained minor damage after severing a power line near Cozad in central Nebraska.
The accident occurred around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Dawson County sheriff’s Sgt. Tim Kostrunek says the plane was spraying a cornfield when it clipped the line. The plane’s damage didn’t keep it from being flown back to its base at the Cozad airport. The pilot wasn’t injured.
A Dawson Public Power District spokeswoman says about 60 customers lost power for a time.
