Police responded to a reported theft in the 700 Block of West B on July 30th. Through their investigation, Police identified the suspects as 24-year-old Timothy Leeper and 29-year-old Christopher Rosenberg. Investigators say the duo stole personal property, including a firearm, from the residence.
