(AP) — The son of University of Nebraska President J.B Milliken has been cited on suspicion of having marijuana on the University of Nebraska-Lincoln campus.

Authorities say 20-year-old freshman James Milliken Jr. was cited Friday morning.

UNL Police Sgt. Dave Dibelka says the younger Milliken was found with five grams of marijuana and a glass pipe on the top floor of a campus parking garage.

Police went to the garage around 3:15 a.m. for a report of suspicious activity.

The offense is an infraction, similar to a minor traffic offense, and Milliken was not arrested.
