(AP) — The Lincoln Children’s Zoo and the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission are inviting students to Sensory Safari 2013.

The event is scheduled to run at the zoo from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday.

The event is designed for students with disabilities. They will have the opportunity to touch, hear and smell at interpretative stations throughout the zoo.
