(AP) — A 10-year-old boy could face charges in juvenile court for charging $800 to his grandmother’s credit card to play the online building game Minecraft.

The boy’s 74-year-old grandmother filed a report Wednesday about the charges to her card after her bank contacted her about suspicious activity on her account.

Flood said the bank told the woman they would cancel the charges once she completed a police report.

Police have referred the boy to the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office on suspicion of felony theft.
