(AP) — A 53-year-old western Nebraska man has been charged in a federal indictment with two child pornography counts.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Omaha said in a news release Thursday that Ralph Moreno is charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography from on and before Oct. 3. He’s also charged with possession of child pornography from on or about Nov. 12.

If convicted, Moreno faces up to 20 years on the first count and up to 10 years on the second count.

There is no parole in the federal court system.

Moreno could not be reached for comment.
