A North Platte woman has been charged with felony domestic assault after she allegedly beat her boyfriend, twice.
According to Investigator John Deal, North Platte police responded to an assault in the 1400 block of Rodeo Road at around 3:54 a.m. on Wednesday.
Upon arrival, a victim told officers that his live-in girlfriend, Pamela Trevino, had assaulted him and left. Deal said the victim had a swollen eye.
Later in the morning, the victim contacted police to report that Trevino had returned and assaulted him again.
This time, police located Trevino and placed her under arrest. She was jailed at the Lincoln County Detention Center.
Deal said Trevino had no visible injuries, and alcohol is believed to have played a factor.
