A traffic stop on eastbound Interstate 80 led to the seizure of 33.1 lbs. of marijuana and the arrest of two Minnesota men.

Just before 11:30 a.m., Monday, January 13, a trooper stopped a 2013 Hyundai Sonata near the Henderson Exit on eastbound I-80 for failure to signal.  An NSP canine indicated to the odor of drugs coming from the vehicle. A search led to the seizure of 33.1 lbs. of marijuana from the trunk of the car.

The driver of the car, Dana P. Noel, 58, of Minneapolis, Minn., and a passenger, Jordan P. Noel, 29, of Burnsville, Minnesota, were both lodged in the Hamilton County Jail, each on a charge of Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver.
