North Platte – The North Platte Community College Lady Knights’ volleyball team announced the signing of Brady High School standout Valerie Most to a National Letter of Intent. Most joins the Lady Knights after leading the Eagles to three straight appearances in the Nebraska State Volleyball Tournament.

“I chose NPCC because it was the best fit for me,” said Most. “It was close to my family, inexpensive and familiar to me. I’m excited about playing volleyball with some familiar faces and moving up to the next level of volleyball.”

Most is a 5’8″ outside hitter. During her senior year at Brady the newest Lady Knight put down 194 kills at a .247 hitting percentage. She also finished the year with 107 digs, 46 total blocks and 41 ace serves. The Eagles finished 23-7 on the year and finished their season at the State Tournament.

“We are very excited to welcome Valerie to the Lady Knights,” said head coach Sally Thalken. “She is a great athlete that will add another dimension to our team next year.”
