Vicki L. MacIntosh, 83, of North Platte, passed away Jan. 19, 2014 at North Platte Care Center. She was born Jan. 19, 1931 to Roy and Violet (McCullough) Hart at Summerfield, KS. She grew up in the McCook area and graduated from McCook High School. Vicki was united in marriage to LeRoy Mundhenke on Sept. 3, 1948. They continued to live in McCook and had two children, Cindy and Gary. She worked at Sehnert’s Bakery, where she was a cake decorator. She moved to California and later married Sandy MacIntosh. Following his death, Vicki moved to North Platte in 1993. She volunteered with Sr. Ministries with the First Baptist Church and enjoyed painting. She is survived by her children, Cindy Hastings of North Platte and Gary (Jacque) Mundhenke of Princeton, KS; eight grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Norma Jean Hart; a brother, Bobby Hart; a husband, Sandy; two great grandchildren. A memorial has been established in her memory.
