  COUNTIES. 1 TO 3 INCHES ACCUMULATION IS EXPECTED ALONG AND NORTH
  OF INTERSTATE 80.

* WIND...EAST AT 10 TO 15 MPH PRODUCING MINOR DRIFTING AND WIND
  CHILL READINGS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS.

* IMPACTS...SNOWFALL RATES OF 1/4 TO 1/2 INCH PER HOUR WILL LOWER
