LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — More than 630 archers are expected to compete at the state’s largest archery event, the Nebraska National Archery in the Schools Program state tournament in Lincoln.
The March 22 event will take place at the Lancaster Event Center, 4100 N. 84th St.
The archery program is an in-school curriculum covering target archery for students in grades four through 12. In Nebraska more than 200 schools have the program as part of their physical education curriculum.
