Mary Anna McClellen Posted on March 18, 2014 </p> <p>Mary Anna McClellen, age 81 formerly of North Platte, passed away Monday March 17, 2014 in Papillion, NE.<br /> Mary was born on January 21, 1933 in Omaha, NE to Fred and Zelma (Shawl) Bohlen. She attended school in Two Rivers and Waterloo, NE, graduating from Waterloo in 1950. On December 27, 1951 she was united in marriage to Gerald Eugene McClellen in Omaha, NE. To this union 4 children were born, Michael, Mark, Gwyn and Lori. She worked for many years at Montgomery Ward and retired in 1985.<br /> Mary is survived by 3 children Michael, Mark and Lori (AJ) Overgaard all of Omaha; son-in-law Sam (Kris) Hansen of North Platte; grandchildren Eric (Melissa) Hansen, Josh (Amy) Hansen; Adam McClellen, Andrew and Aaron Overgaard, Sara Hansen, Stacey McClellen, Amy (Jeremiah) Malchow, and Amanda Overgaard; great grandchildren Gabriel Hansen, Tessa Hansen, Kenneth, Robin, and Pete Malchow, and Erica; 2 brothers “Bub” (Joyce) Bohlen, Larry (Nancy) Bohlen; 1 sister Marge Graff; and many other nieces, nephews and friends.<br /> She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Gerald; daughter Gwyn; brother Glenn; and brother-in-law “Dutch” Graff.<br /> Memorials may be made in her name and online condolences may be shared at www.adamsswanson.com. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday March 20, 2014 at Fort McPherson National Cemetery with Pastor Brett Terry officiating.
