LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission says state-required boating safety courses are offered throughout the state.
State law requires that anyone who operates a motorboat or personal watercraft, born after Dec. 31, 1985, must complete a boating safety course. Operators also must have course certificates when operating the boats or watercraft.
People must be at least 14 to operate a motorboat or personal watercraft in Nebraska.
