
OMAHA, Neb. (AP) — Authorities have issued a felony warrant for a man suspected of shooting another man in Omaha.
Twenty-six-year-old Marcus Wheeler is wanted on suspicion of first-degree assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony. Authorities say he is at large and considered armed and dangerous.
Wheeler is accused of shooting 27-year-old Antonio Martin on Sept. 5. Martin was dropping off his 5-year-old daughter at a residence in north Omaha when the shooting occurred. The girl was inside and unharmed.
Martin is in stable condition at a hospital.
