Henry Juker

Henry Juker, 88 of North Platte, passed away October 19, 2014 at Golden Living Center in Cozad. He was born November 30, 1925 to Louis John and Anna Gladys (Kelley) Juker in Berwyn, NE. He graduated from Merna High School. Henry served in the US Army Air Corp from 1944 to 1946 in the 388th Air Service Squadron. He was a district mechanic for the State of Nebraska Department of Roads for 41 years. He is survived by one son, Gerald Eugene (Diana) Juker of Colorado Springs, CO; and a brother, John Juker of Grover, WA. Henry is preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Sondra Jean Welch and Jan Hollers; two sisters, Fern Nimon and Mary Suesz; and a brother, Louis Donald Juker. Cremation has been chosen. Memorial graveside services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Broken Bow Cemetery. Online condolences may be shared at www.carpentermemorial.com. Those wishing to sign the memorial book may do so from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday at Carpenter Memorial Chapel, which is in charge of arrangements.
