LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — A Lincoln woman has been accused of using her car to hit a pedestrian following a dispute over a parking spot.
Police say 36-year-old Kimberly Ann Pankratius was waiting for a parking spot outside a Wal-Mart Saturday night when she allegedly yelled at a couple for taking the space.
Pankratius is accused of driving her car toward the couple and hitting the woman in the arm with a side mirror. The woman later refused treatment.
Police say Pankratius drove away but the couple took down her license plate information. She was arrested a short time later.
Pankratius faces charges of second-degree assault and using a deadly weapon to commit a felony. Court records do not list an attorney.
