Taylor Paige McGlothlin, 21 years old, died at home in North Platte, NE, on Monday, December 8, 2014.

Taylor was born December 17, 1992, to Michelle Elizabeth McGlothlin in Colorado Springs, CO. When Taylor was 11 years old, they moved to North Platte. Taylor attended North Platte Public Schools and worked at Arby’s since she was a teenager.

Taylor will be remembered for her love of music, dancing, animals and the Denver Broncos. Her smile and laughter could brighten up a room. She was willing to help all those she called friends.

She will be missed by her mother, Michelle McGlothlin, of North Platte; grandfather, Ron McGlothlin, of Sterling, CO and her aunt, Jamie McGlothlin, of Colorado Springs, CO; the male father figure in her life, Curtis Hicks, of North Platte; Paige Beauvais, of North Platte; her extended family and numerous friends she considered loved ones.

Taylor was preceded in death by her grandmother, “granny” Sharon Stocker, with whom she shared a special bond.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014, at Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore with Rev. Dr. Douglas A. Delp officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday at Odean Colonial Chapel at C & Sycamore. Condolences may also be shared at odeanchapel.com.
